Setup Guide

Teams allow the Flipsuite configuration owner to add users as defined roles to help with the administration of Flipsuite products.

You should trust your team members and require them to enable 2fa for their Dashboard account (as well as their Discord account).

Create

Create a Flipsuite Team

1. Go to the dashboard.

2. Click "Create Team".

3. Name the team and click "Add".

4. Go to dashboard settings.

5. Select the Flipsuite Configuration you want to assign to a team.

6. Under the "Settings" section, click "MOVE TO TEAM".

7. From the pop-up select the name of the desired team and click "MOVE".

1. Go to the dashboard.

2. Click the edit pencil on the newly created team.
3. Enter a desired team member's Discord ID and click "INVITE MEMBER".

4. The invited team member will need to accept the invitation on their dashboard.

5. You can also 'Remove' members or "Transfer Ownership" from this screen.

Permissions

Once a team member has been added you will need to give them permissions.

• Admin - Full permissions over all dashboard settings including Private Keys.

• Developer - Only access to the developer API key (requires a subscription).

• Module Manager - Only permissions for the selected module (e.g. Raiding Module Manager would be able to create and send raids from the dashboard).

• Rewards Manager - Can only create/edit reward pools and bank settings (often paired with modules that use reward pools).

2FA

It is recommended to require all team members to enable 2fa.

1. Go to your security tab on the dashboard.

2. Click 'Enable 2FA'.

3. Scan the QR code and follow the setup steps with your authenticator app.

4. You will be logged out of the dashboard and will need to log back in using 2FA.

Multiple Teams

Joining Multiple Teams

• You can only be the owner of 3 Flipsuite Teams.

• There is no limit to the number of teams you can join.

• A team can have a max of 16 members.

• Be sure to check that you are in the correct team when making modifications (bottom right pulldown menu).

The Configuration owner can create the team and transfer team ownership to another team member. However, Configurations cannot be transferred. They must be deleted and recreated if a change of config owner is needed.
